India exports organic Palmyra Jaggery Powder to Bulgaria

India exported 1.755 MT of NPOP- and EU-certified organic Palmyra Jaggery Powder from Tamil Nadu to Bulgaria on 15 October 2026. The consignment is the first of its kind and marks a new step for India’s organic exports.

The product was manufactured by M/s Wellbeing Foods and exported through Chennai Port. The initiative is expected to benefit farmers and support sustainable livelihoods through improved market access and export-oriented value chains.
