India's seafood exports rise in FY26

India's seafood exports increased in FY26, with total earnings reaching ₹73,890.46 crore. The dollar value rose from $7.45 bn in FY25 to $8.46 bn in FY26.

Frozen shrimp made up 40.19% of the quantity shipped and 66.52% of export earnings. The US and China remained key destinations, but trade rules and costs continue to affect margins.
