Export relief extended till March 2027

The Commerce and Industry Ministry has extended a relief scheme for exporters dealing with West Asia until March 2027. The scheme includes 10 countries such as UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Iran.

Under the scheme, ECGC provides up to 100% compensation for war-related losses. Premiums are frozen at pre-disruption levels for eligible exporters during the entire period.
